Warranty

We certify that the Smart 360 Limited product purchased on this website is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the date of purchase from this website providing it has been sold by us or an authorsied and appointed Smart 360 dealer.

Within this period regulation, adjustment, repair or replacement of parts will be performed without charge except in the case of damage caused by accidents or lack of care.

To qualify for service under the guarantee you must present your Smart 360 Limited product together with your order number and the original receipt against which the product was purchased to our address below

Postage, insurance and shipping charges are to be paid by the customer/owner of the product.

IMPORTANT

1. This guarantee is valid only when the Smart 360 Limited product has been sold by Smart 360 Limited or an authorised dealer where the guarantee certificate is correctly filled in by the authorised and appointed Smart 360 Limited dealer from whom the product was purchased and when the original receipt against which the product was purchased from the authorised and appointed Smart 360 Limited dealer is presented.

2. We preserve the right to relinquish all responsibility under this guarantee for repairs if the product is tampered with or damaged by other than Smart 360 Limited authorised service.

3. Photocopies of guarantee certificates and receipts or if there has been any atempt to alter or tamper with these documents will not be honoured.

4. Our liability is limited to the extent described above and we will not be in any way liable for direct or indirect consequential damages losses or loss of profits.
